Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You must inform us of your decision to return the product and send it back to us within this time frame. Once we receive the product, we will refund the payment within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
What shipping options do you offer?
All our shipments are sent with DHL and include tracking. You will receive the tracking link by email from us afterward.
Do you offer express shipping?
By default, we don’t offer an express service, but if you’re in a bit of a hurry, please reach out to us, and we’ll find an individual solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue your refund to the credit card or payment method originally used for your order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to handle your return and process the refund.
We will refund the full amount for the returned items, while any additional costs associated with returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our studio, you’ll receive an email with the invoice and a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package. Shipping days are calculated from the day your order leaves our studio.
If you haven’t received this email yet, please reach out to us at hello@violabeuscher.com. Remember to include your order number or order confirmation in your email. Our office team is available Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (CET+1).
If you have an account on our website, you can also find the tracking information for each shipped order in the ‘Order history’ section.
How can I apply a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied either when viewing your cart or during checkout in the “Add gift card / promo code” field. Please be aware that some products are not eligible for discounts.
Additionally, discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed, and only one discount may be used per order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro, along with Klarna invoices. Additionally, we offer contactless payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mobile Pay, and PayPal.
Please note that the availability of some payment methods may vary by location.

All classes are sold out, what now?
If all our clay classes are fully booked, we suggest subscribing to our newsletter. With our newsletter, we'll keep you informed about new clay class dates.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards on our website for your loved ones to enjoy our products or classes.

Can I use a gift card for Clay Classes?
Yes, you can use your gift card for our clay classes. Check our website for available spots and book your class today.
Please note: Owning a gift card does not guarantee a spot in the class, as our gift cards are intended for all products and services in the shop.
Which cups are best for cappuccino, Nomi or Yun?
Both cups are great for coffee, but if you're into Latte Art, we would recommend the Yun shape.
Do you have a waiting list for classes?
We do not maintain a waiting list for classes, but you can subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about our upcoming classes.

You can visit us in our showroom with limited opening hours in Frankfurt am Main, every Friday from 4 to 7 PM. Our address is Gutleutstraße 16a, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.
