The Handmade Coffee Cup Set of 6 Yun Mix brings together six individually glazed cups from the Yun series, each handcrafted in our Frankfurt studio. This Handmade Coffee Cup set combines different colors within one collection, creating a balanced mix of tones while maintaining the same shape, size and proportions across all pieces. The set includes six cups in different glazes, designed to work together while still allowing each cup to stand out individually.
Every Handmade Coffee Cup in the set is thrown on the potter’s wheel using high-quality stoneware clay. After shaping, the cups are carefully finished by hand and fired at high temperatures to ensure durability and long-term use. The glazes are applied manually, resulting in subtle variations in color intensity, surface and finish. These natural differences are characteristic of handcrafted ceramics and make every Handmade Coffee Cup slightly unique.
The Yun shape is defined by its rounded silhouette and comfortable proportions. The cups sit naturally in the hand and provide a stable base for everyday use. Their size makes them suitable for a wide range of coffee preparations including espresso, flat white, cappuccino or filter coffee. They can also be used for hand brew, batch brew or cold brew.
All cups are finished with food safe glazes and fired at high temperatures, making them durable and dishwasher safe. The Handmade Coffee Cup set is designed for everyday use in both private homes and professional café environments. The consistent shape ensures visual harmony, while the mixed colors add variety to the table setting.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
