The handmade stoneware egg cup is crafted in our Frankfurt studio and designed as a compact ceramic piece for everyday breakfast use. This handmade stoneware egg cup is made from high-quality stoneware and finished with a soft iceblue glaze that highlights the gentle contours of the form. The cup features a slightly flared rim with a subtle wave detail and stands on a stable foot, creating a balanced silhouette that supports the egg securely.
Each handmade stoneware egg cup is shaped and finished by hand before being fired at high temperatures. The glazing process is carried out manually, allowing the surface to develop small variations in tone and gloss. These subtle differences are characteristic of handcrafted ceramics and ensure that each handmade stoneware egg cup retains its individual character while maintaining a consistent overall form.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
