An afternoon of pickling & handbuilding.
Together, Viola Beuscher and The Pickle Company invite you to a hands-on workshop where pickling meets pottery.

This special edition combines two crafts that are rooted in patience, process and material: the art of pickling and the art of shaping clay.

What you’ll do
Pickle Workshop
We begin with an introduction to the basics of pickling. You’ll learn about brine, balance and flavor - and create your own jar of pickles to take home.

Hand-building Session
Afterwards, we move to clay. Guided step by step, you’ll shape your own pickle plate using hand-building techniques. Your finished piece will be glazed and fired after the workshop and ready for pickup at a later date.

Snack & Sip
Throughout the afternoon, enjoy pickle bites and fresh pickle sodas.

This workshop is open to beginners and anyone curious about craft, food and process.
