A genuine one-of-a-kind piece, made by Viola on a quiet Friday evening in the studio. Most of our work is serial production, so these unique pieces are the exception: shaped entirely by hand, with no second one.
A large, wheel-thrown serving bowl with a clean cream interior and red and blue glaze splashing across the rim. Food-safe, so it works on the table and just as well as an object in the room. Made from stoneware clay with food-safe glazes.
Approx. Ø 30 cm × H 15 cm. Small marks and variations belong to a handmade original.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
