A ten-piece stoneware tableware set in creme for two people, including cups, made in Germany.
The set holds two Nomi coffee cups (180 ml), two Nomi tea cups (260 ml), two Nomi breakfast bowls (Ø 15 cm), two breakfast plates (Ø 19 cm) and two dinner plates (Ø 23.5 cm). This is the smallest set that covers drinking as well as eating: coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, and a bowl and two plate sizes for the meals in between.
Every piece is thrown or shaped individually from stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C. At this temperature the body vitrifies and becomes food-safe without further sealing. The Nomi cups and bowls carry a transparent glossy glaze inside and stay raw outside, so the matte grain of the grey clay remains open to the touch, while the plates carry the transparent glaze across the surface.
For a household of two that drinks coffee and tea from ceramic rather than glass, and wants one pattern for the whole day.
