A sixteen-piece stoneware tableware set in creme for four people, made in Germany.
The set holds four Nomi breakfast bowls (Ø 15 cm), four Nomi pasta bowls (Ø 18.5 cm), four breakfast plates (Ø 19 cm) and four dinner plates (Ø 23.5 cm). Four piece types, four of each: two bowl sizes and two plate sizes cover breakfast, a starter, a pasta course and a main for a full table, without cups taking up space in the cupboard.
Every piece is thrown or shaped individually from stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C. At this temperature the body vitrifies and becomes food-safe without further sealing. The Nomi bowls carry a transparent glossy glaze inside and stay raw outside, so the matte grain of the grey clay remains open to the touch, while the plates carry the transparent glaze across the surface.
For four people who cook in courses, and for anyone who already owns cups and only needs the eating pieces.

It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
