Dinner Plate - New Dawn
Product Description
A stoneware dinner plate finished with a sprayed gradient that moves from red through pink into lilac, made in Germany.
The form is cylindrical and flat, with a vertical edge rather than a curved rim. At Ø 23.5 cm it carries a full main course, whether pasta, fish, or a composed plate of vegetables, and reads as restrained on the table because the rim does not interrupt the line.
Each piece is shaped from stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C. The finished ceramic is food-safe. The interior is sprayed by hand with three glossy glazes in red, pink, and lilac, applied in successive passes so the transitions stay soft and never line up the same way twice. Because the spray is hand-guided, the position of each colour band shifts slightly from piece to piece. That is part of the surface, not a deviation.
For main courses, pasta, composed plates, or as a serving plate at the centre of the table.
Ø 23.5 cm · H 1.5 cm · 530 g · Stoneware, fired at 1220 °C · Sprayed glossy glaze, red to pink to lilac · Dishwasher safe · Made in Germany
