Good food and handmade ceramics simply belong together. That’s why the teams at Viola Beuscher and miso miso teamed up in late summer to create two pieces that complement each other perfectly. The result is a limited collaboration: a bundle featuring a breakfast bowl handcrafted by the Viola Beuscher team in Frankfurt, paired with granola made by the miso miso team in Heidelberg.
Another special detail of this cooperation: when you turn the breakfast bowl around, you’ll find a charming granola recipe engraved into the base. It took some time and a few hurdles to get this feature right, but we made it, and we’re especially happy how it turned out.
About the Granola:
This granola works with almost anything: with yogurt, oat milk, or fresh fruit; on overnight oats, porridge, or as a topping for your smoothie bowl. And our favourite tip: a spoonful of miso miso granola on warm chocolate pudding.

Made in Frankfurt
Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
