Good food and handmade ceramics simply belong together. That’s why the teams at Viola Beuscher and miso miso teamed up in late summer to create two pieces that complement each other perfectly. The result is a limited collaboration: a bundle featuring a breakfast bowl handcrafted by the Viola Beuscher team in Frankfurt, paired with granola made by the miso miso team in Heidelberg. Another special detail of this cooperation: when you turn the breakfast bowl around, you’ll find a charming granola recipe engraved into the base. It took some time and a few hurdles to get this feature right, but we made it, and we’re especially happy how it turned out. About the granola: expect a balanced salted-caramel profile with plenty of crunch. Hazelnuts, buckwheat, and oat flakes add texture, while rice miso and creamy tahini bring depth and a gentle umami note.
