Product Description
This set includes four Coffee Cups in different finishes from our Happy Edition. The set combines the Blue Gradient, Smiley Creme, Lilac Sky and Splash Red variations. Each cup is handmade in our Frankfurt studio and thrown on the potter’s wheel. The shape is clean and cylindrical with straight walls, a stable base and balanced proportions.
Each cup features a distinct surface treatment. Blue Gradient shows a smooth transition from deep to lighter blue. The Smiley cup features embossed smiley motifs with a natural unglazed exterior. Lilac Sky presents a soft gradient from pink to lilac. Splash Red features a hand-applied red glaze that moves organically across the surface.
The interior of all cups is coated with a transparent, food safe glaze. We use food safe glazes only. The cups are dishwasher safe and designed for everyday use in both private kitchens and professional café environments.
Suitable for specialty coffee such as espresso, flat white, cappuccino or filter coffee, these cups also work well for batch brew, hand brew or cold brew. The proportions provide a balanced volume and comfortable grip.
As each piece is handmade and crafted individually, variations in glaze application, embossing or surface are characteristic of the made by hand production process. The set combines four different finishes within one cohesive series.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
