We're looking for a new team member to join our shipping department: someone who enjoys carefully packing orders and helping us make sure every parcel leaves our studio safely.

You enjoy getting stuck in, stay calm when things get busy, and work in a careful and reliable way? Then you might be a great fit for our team.

As part of our shipping department, you'll play an important role in making sure every order leaves our studio with the same level of care that went into making it. You'll help keep the shipping area organised, coordinate daily shipping processes, and work closely with our management team.

We're also looking for someone who enjoys growing within their role, taking on more responsibility over time, and becoming a long-term part of our team.

We're looking for a new team member who enjoys working with people and would like to take on responsibilities in both our showroom and our office.

You're organised, approachable and enjoy working independently? You stay calm when several tasks come together and enjoy representing our brand through genuine, personal customer interactions? Then you might be a great fit for our team.

In our showroom, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, helping them discover our ceramics and creating a welcoming experience that reflects our studio and values. You'll regularly manage our showroom during opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Alongside this, you'll support our office operations. Your responsibilities will include customer communication via email, handling enquiries, organising the showroom, planning our Clay Classes, maintaining inventory in our online shop, and supporting the management team with a variety of operational and organisational tasks.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the long term. This role offers plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility and become an important part of our team as our company continues to grow.
