Our organic ceremonial Uji matcha refill is a single-estate matcha exclusively imported by matchasome — the first time this matcha has left Japan, sourced from a small tea farmer in Uji, Kyoto.
Best enjoyed as straight matcha: 2 g of powder whisked with 70–80 ml hot water (no more than 80 °C). Packed with amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals, with a vibrant green color that carries through to its taste.
Produced in small volume by a single farmer in Uji — availability can run out ahead of the next harvest.
