Our new organic Limited Edition Uji matcha holds a special place in our hearts because it is exclusively imported by matchasome. In fact, it is the first time this beautiful single estate matcha has left Japan for the rest of the world to enjoy, as we are the first to import it!
We highly recommend you try straight matcha with our Ceremonial Uji. Enjoy a delicious cup of pure matcha with 2g matcha powder with 70-80ml hot water (no more than 80°C) using this high quality matcha.
Our matcha is packed with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals, and comes in a beautiful vibrant green color that extends to its taste.
Our Limited Edition Uji Matcha is being produced by a relatively small tea farmer in Uji, Kyoto. Please note that there is a chance it may sell out until the next harvest season.

Made in Frankfurt
Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
