Our organic ceremonial-grade matcha as a refill, sourced through matchasome from the Chiran region of Kagoshima, the largest green tea production area in Japan.
Every batch is selected after extensive tastings and lab analysis in Germany for nutritional, chemical, aluminium and residue levels. The result is a farm-to-cup matcha with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins and minerals, and a vibrant green colour that carries into the taste.
The flavour balances sweetness and astringency with a savoury finish, which makes it an everyday matcha for both a straight cup and a latte.
This is the refill: 30 g, roughly 15 servings, meant to top up the 30 g tin rather than replace it.
