Our organic ceremonial-grade Supreme matcha, sourced from the mountainous Kirishima region of Kagoshima, Japan.
Every batch is selected after extensive tastings and lab analysis in Germany for nutritional, chemical, aluminium and residue levels. The result is a farm-to-cup matcha with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins and minerals, and a vibrant green colour that carries into the taste.
The flavour is rich in umami with a natural, smooth sweetness and a fine, creamy texture, which makes it suitable for koicha, usucha and matcha latte alike.
The tin holds 30 g, roughly 15 servings. A matching 30 g refill is available, so the tin stays in use instead of being replaced.
