Product Description
The Matcha Set - Creme brings together a pouring bowl, a matcha cup, and a whisk holder from Viola Beuscher, each fully finished in a transparent glossy glaze over a creme stoneware body.
The ceramic pieces are wheel-thrown from stoneware clay sourced from the German Westerwald, Ø 9–11 cm and H 6.5 cm, fired at 1220 °C after 14 days of craftsmanship and 12 work steps. The transparent glossy glaze lets the warm creme tone of the clay show through — a calm, unified look across all three pieces.
Everything needed to prepare and serve matcha, cold on summer days or warm and comforting year-round.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
