We review your details, usually within 1–2 business days, and set up your account. You log in later with just your email.

In the B2B order form you see your wholesale prices and quantity discounts throughout, right as you choose your quantities.
04 — Have It Delivered
We pack breakage-safe and ship from Frankfurt. On request with a target date for openings or seasonal launches.

Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Wholesale is intended for businesses that use or resell our ceramics commercially — such as cafés, restaurants, hotels and retailers. We need valid business details; orders must serve business, not private, purposes.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Some items may carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ) so that handmade production remains viable. The applicable minimum and tiers are shown transparently in the B2B order form.
How do pricing and quantity discounts work?
Once your wholesale account is approved, you see your net prices permanently in the order form. Additional discounts apply automatically above set quantities — no code needed.
Are the ceramics suitable for hospitality use?
Yes. Our pieces are food-safe and dishwasher-safe and built for daily service. Because everything is handmade, slight variations in shape and glaze are part of the character — no two pieces are identical.
Can I reorder and have pieces reproduced?
Yes. We carry core items continuously; for larger or recurring quantities we plan production together in advance so you are resupplied in time.
Are custom pieces or bespoke glazes possible?
To a limited extent, yes. For custom shapes, colours or branded pieces, just note it in the application form — we will get back to you with the options and lead times.
