Product Description
A low, wide stoneware mug with a handle, glazed in glossy black and made by hand in Germany.
The form is a short cylinder with a round handle, Ø 8.5 cm and H 7 cm. It holds 260 ml, a size for cappuccino, flat white or a smaller filter coffee.
Each mug is made from stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C, and the finished ceramic is food-safe. The glossy black glaze covers the mug inside and out. The foot ring stays unglazed, so a thin line of pale clay shows at the base. Glaze depth and colour vary slightly from piece to piece, because each one is glazed by hand.
Part of the Cozy Drop, a seasonal release for autumn 2026 in two glazes, ice blue and black. The Coffee Mug Large comes in the same two colours.
