Handcrafted in the Viola Beuscher studio, each set is made with great attention to detail. The stoneware clay comes from the German Westerwald and is shaped by hand on the potter’s wheel. After 14 days of craftsmanship, 12 work steps, and firing at 1220 °C, each piece is finished and ready to use. Some are fully glazed, others partially, showing bold contrasts of glossy black, deep red, and transparent shine.
All our items are handmade with care in our studio, showcasing the unique character of the crafting process. Each piece is distinct and reflects slight variations in shape, color, and size, resulting from the nature of handmade craftsmanship.

Made in Frankfurt
Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.

Our approach
We focus on creating pottery that is both durable and crafted in a minimalistic yet cheerful style. Alongside our seasonal collections, we offer a core collection of timeless items that allow customers to build a sustainable collection over time.
We appreciate our community's feedback and use it to inform our collections, ensuring that our pieces resonate with those who use them while remaining true to our vision.
