Product Description
A set of two stoneware espresso cups from the Happy Edition with a single hand-poured red splash on each exterior, made in Germany.
The form is compact and cylindrical with straight walls and a stable base, Ø 5 cm and H 5.5 cm, holding 90 ml each. That is the volume of a classic single espresso, with room for a ristretto or a small serving of filter coffee.
Each cup is handmade from stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C. The finished ceramic is food-safe. A bright red glaze is poured by hand onto each exterior in a free, organic movement, creating a splash that wraps partially around the body. The interior carries a transparent glossy glaze. The surrounding raw stoneware reads matte against the glossy red.
For espresso and ristretto at home or in a café setting. Each splash is poured separately, so the two cups carry two different red marks rather than one pattern repeated twice.
