Product Description
A handmade butter dish in grey stoneware with a creme finish, made in our studio in Germany. The set consists of a lid and a plate.
The lid is fully coated in a glossy transparent glaze. The plate is transparent glazed on the inside and unglazed on the outside. Lid: Ø 11 cm, H 7.5 cm. Plate: Ø 13 cm, H 1.5 cm. Slight differences in form, colour and size are part of the handmade process.
Studio second
This piece is a studio second with small cracks beneath the glaze. It remains fully functional.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
