The handmade stoneware egg cup set includes four individually glazed egg cups crafted in our Frankfurt studio. Each egg cup is made from high-quality stoneware and finished by hand. The set combines four different shapes and colors that work together as a cohesive yet playful addition to the breakfast table.
Each egg cup features a slightly different form. Some pieces have a softly curved rim, while others present a more defined silhouette with a small foot. This variation creates a dynamic composition within the set while maintaining a balanced overall appearance. The glazes range from vibrant red to soft yellow, pale pink and light blue. All glazes are applied by hand, resulting in subtle differences in tone and surface from piece to piece.
The handmade stoneware egg cup set is high-fired for durability and long-term use. We use food safe glazes only. The egg cups are dishwasher safe and designed for everyday use.
The compact form holds eggs securely and works well for both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs. The combination of colors adds character to the table while the handcrafted process ensures that every piece remains individual.
Handmade and handcrafted in Germany. Small variations in shape, glaze and surface are characteristic of the made by hand production process and make each set unique.

Every item is handcrafted in our pottery studio in Frankfurt by our workshop team of six.
It takes about 10 to 14 days to make each piece, depending on the season and weather. The process includes ten steps: wedging, throwing, trimming, stamping, sponging, first firing, sanding, glazing, second firing, and grinding, ensuring that each piece is ready to use.
We put a lot of care and precision into our work because any oversight means starting over, so our team collaborates closely, ensuring that every step runs smoothly. We focus on creating durable and functional ceramics that bring our love for this craft into your everyday life.
